This page tells you the terms under which we may make use of your information.

We review our privacy policies every 3 months and our policies and systems are checked by an external auditor.

To ensure we are fully GDPR compliant we

  • All passwords created by us can be changed by the user at any point including the administrator or ‘School’ password. We encourage our users to do this and change their passwords on a regular basis.
  • Within the set up process we only accept the first initial of a students name.

  • We are fully registered with the ICO
  • We do not share your data with any third parties such as marketing agencies.
  • We take payment either by bank transfer, cheque or PayPal and therefore abide by PayPal data handling, privacy policy and terms of use and refer any issue relating to financial misconduct by PayPal to PayPal itself.
  • Being a sole trader as Director I am currently the Data protection Officer however this role will be taken over to an external party (which will be Zuen Digital Marketing)
  • We currently do not have an automated email service and therefore do not details about our users on file.
  • As a minimum annually as Director I will attend a data protection training session.
  • We will delete all data linked to a school set up and using one our software systems with immediate effect if the school wished us to do so.
